By accessing or using the Termolog platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
Termolog is an automated temperature monitoring and HACCP compliance reporting platform for food businesses, pharmacies, hotels, and other organisations subject to HACCP regulations. The service includes:
Access to the service requires an active subscription. Subscription terms (price, billing cycle, included devices) are defined in the individual agreement between the customer and Termolog. Payment is made in advance for the agreed period. Late payments may result in suspension of access.
Termolog is not a self-service product. Every deployment requires physical installation of temperature sensors by the Termolog team. The customer is responsible for providing access to premises and equipment for installation. Termolog is not liable for delays caused by denied access.
The customer agrees to:
Termolog targets a monthly platform availability of 99.5%, measured excluding scheduled maintenance windows. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance.
Support response times:
In the event of SLA breach attributable to Termolog's infrastructure, a service credit equivalent to 5% of the monthly subscription fee per hour of excess downtime (up to a maximum of one month's fee) will be applied to the next invoice upon written request within 15 days.
Important: The customer remains solely responsible for monitoring alarms and taking corrective action. Termolog's SLA covers platform availability only and does not constitute a guarantee of food safety outcomes.
The Termolog platform, including its code, design, and content, is the property of Termolog. The customer receives a limited, non-transferable licence to use the service within their own business environment. Copying, distributing, or reverse-engineering the platform without written consent is prohibited.
Termolog is a compliance support tool. Regulatory responsibility and ensuring appropriate responses to alarms is the sole responsibility of the business operator. Termolog accepts no liability for:
Termolog's total liability is in any case limited to the value of the last 3 months' subscription fees.
Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Termolog acts as a data processor on behalf of the customer for temperature records, and as a data controller for account data.
The customer may cancel their subscription with a maximum of 60 days' notice, in accordance with EU Data Act (Regulation (EU) 2023/2854). Termolog may terminate the subscription in the event of a breach of these terms, with written notice.
After termination, the customer has 30 days to export all their data using the built-in Data Export feature (Organisation Settings → Data Export). Exported data includes devices, temperature logs, corrective actions, and user records in machine-readable CSV format.
After the 30-day export window, data will be securely deleted, except where applicable law requires longer retention (e.g., HACCP records under EU Regulation 852/2004). No switching fees are charged for data migration or export.
Termolog reserves the right to modify these terms. Customers will be notified of material changes at least 30 days in advance by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the competent courts of the Republic of Slovenia.
